A fit person attracts everyone.  Whether it is a woman or a man , Men and women are all in the same race as to how to keep themselves fit in a busy lifestyle . It has often been seen that women follow a medium like dieting to keep themselves fit, whereas in many reports it has been seen that dieting has not only made people thin but have also been found to be mentally unwell, so dieting loses weight.  It can be the right way to do it but not the way to keep oneself fit.  If you are also conscious about fitness, then it becomes our responsibility to explain the true meaning of fitness to the people around us. Fitness means Energy to do what’s important to you and to be more productive. Yoga:

Yoga is that medium which keeps us fit as well as gives us peace of mind, some yoga should be included in our daily lifestyle like Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Vajrasana, etc.  This yoga strengthens our digestive system and also helps in eliminating stomach related diseases. The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body . In the time that is going on at the moment, it has become very important that we strengthen our immunity so that our body can fight against diseases like corona.  We can also consume Giloy to strengthen immunity.

Cardio:

Cardiovascular exercise, also known as cardio or aerobic exercise, is essential for good health. It gets your heart rate up, making you blood pump faster. This delivers more oxygen throughout your body, which keeps your heart and lungs healthy.
Regular cardio exercise can also help you lose weight, get better sleep, and reduce your risk for chronic disease.Cardio exercise can help those who need hard work, and those who want to give their body the way they want.  Cardio includes running, swimming, skipping , burpee , etc.

Many people do not know the difference between bodybuilding and fitness, due to which they consume such things which not only harm their body but also cause a lot of damage to their heart.  Like steroids, this problem is usually seen in men, men use such a deadly object to make an attractive body, to make abs.
